Doug Godard

After 38 years in commercial real estate, Doug left CBRE to focus his energies on Bonzy Charities, Inc. Doug has been married to Cheryl Godard for over 38 years and has three grown children. Doug is a member of Upper Arlington Rotary which makes grants in support of school and community needs. Doug also provides pro bono real estate services to nonprofits and is an active partner with elementary schools located in disadvantaged areas of the Columbus Region. Doug has seen the tremendous need for funding and volunteer support for children of lower- and moderate-income households and has decided to be part of the solution.

Cheryl Turnbull

Cheryl has a background in private equity and venture capital.  She is currently the Executive Director of the Keenan Center for Entrepreneurship at The Ohio State University.

In this role, Cheryl is responsible for creating startups based upon the work of university researchers.  She oversees a portfolio of 100+ startup companies, as well as $100 million of funds set aside by the Board of Trustees to invest in funding vehicles that support the startup ecosystem.

Cheryl is a member of Upper Arlington Rotary, is on the Finance Council of the Catholic Dioceses of Columbus, and is a member of the Women Leaders group of the Community Shelter Board.
